Aside from preventing precise working, a damaged blade also poses a safety hazard. The arrow printed on the blade immediately shows the user the correct cutting direction of the blade. Other important pieces of information are the maximum operating speed, the maximum rotational speed and the notice to wear the necessary protective equipment. A brief test run prior to work lasting approx. 30 seconds will reveal if the blade has been mounted correctly.
